UK Deaf Sport
The UK Deaf Sport was setup in 2003, to encourage deaf people to participate and enjoy sports. The organization has many projects in place, with the current one being to have a minimum of 900 deaf people participating and excelling in sports. The organization will also hold Deaflympics similar to that of an Olympics, with deaf sportsmen and women participating in the event. The core aim is to help deaf people feel included in the sports world.

Hearing Loss Association

Sense For Deaf Blind
Sense for Deaf Blind is a national charity in the UK that supports and campaigns for the deaf and blind, whether adults or children. The charity was setup in 1955 by parents with children born with rubella as a family support group. In the last six decades Sense has developed as a flexible service across the country offering a dedicated network of volunteers and skilled staff to work deaf blind and multi sensory impaired individuals and families, supporting and enabling them to be independent individuals.

Sccotish Council On Deafness
The Scottish Council on Deafness is the voice of Scotland's deaf people. It is a leading organization in the country for people with hearing issues and works with and on behalf of the deaf, blind, deafened and hard hearing individuals. The membership is an effective means of communication between the social work, voluntary sector, education departments, health boards, NHS trusts and the government. Deaf Lost To Aids
Deaf Lost to Aids began its LIST of names in 1989 as a way to remember those with deafness that lost their lives to Aids and HIV related complications.
